A 7,000 SF build-out in the shelled space of a 10 year old operational classroom building. Respiratory Therapy is a program new to the campus. The build out included placing slabs on grade and tiered classroom seating to support classrooms, simulation laboratories, private care rooms, offices, and support spaces. The Suite build-out was completed in Fall 2020.
